The sales person was very helpful and patient. My comment is pure technical. The pool cover is definetly looking like the european made ones. But.. I bought the solar version. (top is transparent and bottom is black). There is a major difference in manufacturing and quality. The european made slats covers are vacuumed before edge welding, where the Landy slats are not. Resulting the transparent slats i received have lots of condensate inside. This is not nice to look at, but mostly a disadvantage as the solar heat build up on the black surface is not efficient at all due the the moisture. (evaporation = cooling effect instead of heating). Also in night time the insulation is a lot less as moisture inside accelerates the heat transfer. As the main reason for me to buy this product was saving energy with solar during the day and have less cooling during the day, i am not satisfied. The promised manufacturing and shipping time was exceeded by one month, but that was no problem for me.
